Summary: We had the best time at King James. We loved all the amenities the home had to offer, which was a big reason we booked. We truly enjoyed our time relaxing on the patio and using the hot tub. The home was clean and fit everyone comfortably. Jim’s user guide was so helpful. He was very responsive when I had questions leading up to my stay. Summary: We had a great stay! The house was very well stocked, clean, and updated. The beds were all comfortable as well as multiple seating areas. The gas fireplace both inside and on the deck were wonderful! And the hot tub was a great bonus for a relaxing time away. There were several restaurants close by that were good also. We definitely plan to return!

Summary: Loved the location! The home is centrally located on the cape and close to beaches and State parks. The home sits on a quiet street and the backyard opens to a wooded area making the location feel more secluded than I would I expected. Summary: What a truly wonderful home. I stayed at this property for a long weekend with my family and two little ones. The set up of the house was very convenient and comfortable for everyone. The house itself was not only beautiful but it was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. It was also so close to all the activities that we wanted to do. The communication with the property management was also quick, clear and helpful. We certainly plan on coming back next year!
